John le Carre’d be happy with this spy thriller
Featured in Graham Starring: Cher/Keira Knightley/Michael Fassbender/Josh Brolin/Jalen Ngonda (2024). It is very adult writing, and doesn’t hesitate to take its time and let the story and intrigue unfold. Michael Fassbender is perfectly cast in the lead role as the Martian. Jeffrey Wright, always brilliant, is brilliant in this complex role as Harry Ogletree.
I’ve always liked John Magaro
It is great to see Richard Gere back as the head of the London office when he thought Hollywood had given up on him. Jodie Turner-Smith is very good as Sami Zahir. I mentioned John Le Carré at the beginning because this series is like a great spy novel. You have to adapt to its rhythms and nuances, not the driving and shooting!
